       The Blues and R&B Music Foundation will be sponsoring the 10th ANNUAL CALIFORNIA BLUES FESTIVAL MONDAY, MAY 31st, 2004 from 11:00 AM till 6:00 PM.  The festival will take place at The San Francisco Civic Center in the middle of Downtown San Francisco..  The event is Free Of Charge....
